Bin begeistert
Passt perfekt und nimmt dennoch nicht die Sicht auf den Druck, auch wenn das AMS auf dem Drucker steht. Verarbeitung ist sehr gut und auf Sonderwünsche wird auch eingegangen. Einfach mal Tim anschreiben vor dem Kauf. ????

Einfach super, musthave für den X1C
Ich bin extrem zufrieden: eigentlich sollte das ein Stock-Teil bei den X1C sein.

Die Abdeckung habe ich mit ein wenig mehr Licht kombiniert und bin einfach glücklich. Die abnehmbare Scheibe hinten ist ein echtes Highlight. Was die beigelegte Süßigkeit angeht hat sich meine Frau sehr darüber gefreut :-).

Bambulab X1C High Temperature Dach
Auf der Suche nach dem Blackprint Magnetsystem für meinen neuen X1C bin ich über das High Temperature Dach gestolpert.
Da die Kabelführung sowie der PTFE Tube für den Druckkopf an der original Scheibe anliegen, habe ich mir dies gleich mitbestellt.
Die Qualität ist hervorragend, das Dach kommt gut verpackt an und die Polycarbonat Scheiben sind noch mit der Schutzfolie versehen.
Die Montage ist sichtlich einfach, wobei das ganze Dach saugend auf die Oberseite passt.
Störende Geräusche durch Schwingungen des Druckkopfs konnte ich bisher keine feststellen.
Die Rückplatte lässt sich einfach mittels zwei Handschrauben lösen und für PLA drucke entfernen.

The Bambulab High Temperature Roof from Printbay

Building temperature, draught, insight, and an AMS.

Bambulab has created excellent printers with its X1C and P1P.
For the optimal use of these printers, we have developed our High Temperature Roof.

Polycarbonate for optimal heat insulation.

The High Temperature Roof consists of our high-quality polycarbonate, with a thickness of 4mm.
The additional 3D print components are made of ASA to meet the requirements of the building temperature.

Polycarbonate does not react with ABS and ASA vapors and is therefore ideally suited for professional prints with ABS, ASA, nylon, and other industrial plastics.
All components are "made in Germany" here in southern Germany.

No tube squeezing & full insight with AMS, due to raised roof.

A major problem with the original Bambulab glass roof is that the tube is heavily squeezed.
Through our construction (made in Germany), we have realized the raising of the roof, allowing the tube to move freely above the hotend.
This prevents damage and extrusion problems.

If you use an AMS, you will have full visibility from above into the Bambulab printer, despite the installed AMS.

Removable rear window for PLA prints.

As a workaround for noisy fans, Bambulab recommends removing the roof and opening the door for PLA prints (on the X1C).
We have followed this recommendation, so that the rear window of our High Temperature Roof can be removed.
This prevents heat build-up, which is advantageous for a PLA print.
